Thanks. Seems everyone was too busy discussing Newcastle
neighbourhoods to realize that Bardsley has been signed as
well.

So, that's four in so far - one experienced (and in his
prime) striker to work with Jones and three for the future
at the back. All part of what appears to be a sensible
building program. And, as important, most of his signings
are coming with a winning mentality.

Nice to see there's not going to be a repeat of the
Flo/Stewart fiasco.

Used to live in Aalborg. Not the most enthusiastic
football town in the world. This guy might find some
adjusting to do ......

Apparently the Bardsley family are a bit of a "Not to
be messed with" lot in Salford and Manchester.
The family run a large construction company, and built
the majority of Salford University amongst other
things. Maybe with a few missing artefacts in the
concrete......lol

I think we've just bought someone who no-ones gonna
want to tackle... too hard....... :-O

Some yank was saying earlier they kept him at bay and riled him bigstyle
with a defence amassing one cap. One game and all that but doesn't instill
confidence!

I don't think Bardsley's one for the future mind, Paul. He'll be straight in
the XI v Brum I'll wager.

What I meant was that he is only 22 and nowhere near his
prime - so he can help us now and grow with the team.

A new striker? I firmly believe Arsenal will buy a new striker during the January transfer window. They can't hope to compete with 3 strikers after Adebayor goes to the ANC (3 weeks?). Wenger also prefers to do most of his spending during this period as he believes the
