Yet another crosstable

I wanted to be able to see quickly at which round of the
Premiership one team would play another. I didn't find a
crosstable that showed it, so I made one. It's at

For example, when will Chelsea play Crystal Palace? Answer:
Round 30. When will they play Manchester United? Answer:
Round 33.

If there is a crosstable somewhere on the Web that gives the
same information directly, I would appreciate learning of
it.
