Keep with the 4-3-3, especially as Drogba might be off in the summer?
Or play both him and Anelka up front? In which case, who will be the
midfield 4? Two centres and two wingers, or the diamond Jose tried
(and which didn't work at all)?

I think he'll want to play them both up front,maybe with Anelka going wide,A
bit like he did with Davies at Bolton.
I cant see him sitting one of them on the bench.
As for the midfield,I would think Essien,Ballack/Lampard,Cole and SWP..
But what do I know!
