Tax avoidance measures used by highly-paid footballers ?

Y'know, I've been wondering what tax avoidance measures
all these hugely-paid footballers use to reduce their
(potential) tax bills.

And in the same vein, it's in our (the common people)
interests for them to be paid such huge sums, since
the income tax generated benefits us indirectly.
