Streaming video of Premier League soccer

I live in the states now and I'm looking for a website that has
streaming video of either games or highlights of English Premier
League soccer. Anyone know of anything?

seriously it is all tied up with whoever has the rights to broadcast the
games

I know here (in scotland) the BBC will have live (radio) commentary for all
Premier League games on the internet, can't remember who has right to the
English Premiership games next season
