Sorry mate, although he appears to have the twang, Leon is not a scouser.
He is from Billinge.

I notice no-one has put the fella with the initials WR in; I couldntt bring
myself to it.

How about Gary Ablett.

Andy Rankin

Tommy Wright Derek Mountfield Brian Labone Michael Ball

Colin Harvey Peter Reid Wayne Rooney Jimmy Husband

Joe Royle Dixie Dean

Squad: Alan Whittle, John Bailey, Dave Watson, Dave Jones, Gary Jones,
Johnny Morrissey, Derek Temple, Bernie Wright, Steve McMahon (The
snidey turncoat twat), Dave Hickson

I was tempted to try for Beardsley on the grounds that he was grown in
a testtube rather than being born but I thought it was a bit of a reach

Billy Kenny could have been a real good player; what a shame he chose to
take the wrong route in Liverpool.

Re Ablett; I was fan of the fella. Got far too much stick for my liking.

Mike Newell anyone; was the greatest but he had a good start to career.

Hard to think of players.

Mark Ward?
Victor Anichebe?
