It seems they are one hell of a good team which makes our loss easier to
take, i always thought they were in a league position not reflecting thier
abilities, plus shez was my hero as a teenage/young man in the 80's, lazy
git but could do anything with a ball, his passing was spot on and his close
skills were remarkable, just didn't suit wilko due to his long ball plan to
get out of the 2nd division, so i would imagine his players at oldham stand
in awe watching him at training, i used to go watch leeds train on fullerton
park just to see him, good old bremner let me sit on the sidelines and play
ball boy, he'd also sit there with his hip-flask of whisky and let norman
hunter do all the work, happy times.
