|

MOSCOW, Feb 21 (Reuters) - Moscow unveiled ticket details for the
Champions League final on Thursday, three months before the city hosts
the climax of Europe's premier club competition for the first time on
May 21.
Moscow organisers said the total capacity of the 84,745-seat Luzhniki
stadium would be reduced to 69,500 due to safety restrictions.
The two finalists will receive 21,000 tickets each, another 17,000 will
be reserved for UEFA's official partners, VIP guests and national
associations, with the rest being made available to fans worldwide. Fans
can start ordering tickets through the internet next Thursday.
The prices range from the most expensive Category One at 200 euros
($294. to Category Three at 80 euros.
Russian soccer chief Vitaly Mutko said he was confident there would be
no empty seats at the Luzhniki arena, which will have its artificial
turf replaced by natural grass.
The stadium, built in 1956, hosted the 1980 Moscow Olympics and the 1999
UEFA Cup final which was also played on grass.

As you posted this in the LFC NG surely there should have been a 'OT'
at the start of the subject header. Why else would a post about the
ECL final be relevant in the LFC NG?

So based upon the above statement, are you saying that you're more
likely to win it than anyone else? Is that what you're implying?

We have won it the same amount of times as all the other clubs in
England put together.

Funnily enough, Bernard, the media cant bring themselves to accept the fact
that in The Champions League, the pinnacle of European Football, based on
recent results, we are more likely to win it than any other English Club.
Not saying we will, and Man U always seem seductive, but their manager
doesnt seem to do Europe.
Avram isnt Jose, Arsenal will be out next week.
So, yes |

Thank you for your answer.
So based upon your rationale, that will mean that the 2 English teams
who you'll obviously be classing as 2nd favourites to win the ECL will
be Man U and Nottingham Forest....
You know, I'm well known for making kopites look stupid with great

Even though your post contained the word 'recent' it was not used to
answer the question I had asked Blackmore. Let me remind you:
Bernie: Why else would a post about the ECL final be relevant in the
LFC NG?
Blackmore:Because we have won it more times in than anyone else in
England?
Bernie: So based upon the above statement, are you saying that you're
more likely to win it than anyone else? Is that what you're implying?
Boulder: ... yes
You 'really' have been made to look stupid again Boulder.
Chalk it up!

And I repeat, Nottingham Forest
While we're at it can we clear this one up also. If (by your
reckoning) a team is more likely to win a trophy simply because
they've won it before, and let's not forget your word 'recent' on
this. Can we therefore assume that ManU are likley to win the
Premiership every year and Liverpool really don't have a cat in hells
chance seeing as how their most 'recent' win was 18 years ago?
