Apparently the council said an annual fair would be fine, but a fortnightly

What amazes me is why is wasn't so bloody obvious that this is what
would happen on the financial side of things - do they really think that
a couple of American business men were just going to give them money
or was it just to much to take that they had done a Glazer!
