"In September the club invited the Football Association to set up an
independent commission to investigate the legality of the 15-point
sanction imposed by the Football League," said a statement on the
club's website.
"The FA rejected that request, so the following month we wrote to the
chairman - Geoff Thompson - drawing his attention to what we perceived
as inconsistencies in the FA's decision and asked them to look at it
again.
"The reply to the second request was rejected by the FA's director of
corporate affairs. This is the same person who rejected the original
request.
"In effect, the same individual confirmed his own earlier decision.
There was no independent review.
"Given the approach of the FA to date, the club have severe
reservations regarding its impartiality."

The director of FA corporate affairs is a certain Simon Johnson. Given
that Simon Johnson himself is a devoted Leeds supporter, could he have
possibly rejected Leeds' request so that people don't think he is
being biased? If this is the case then he clearly is being biased.
Due to his support for Leeds it could be this situation that he feels
he has to reject the Leeds request because if he didn't he thinks it
would look suspicious?
Whatever the reason it is clear that someone who supports the club at
the FA can not make an impartial decision either way as he will be
vilified. So why not let someone else at the FA make the decision?
If they don't then perhaps Leeds should take legal action as I believe
we are being discriminated against and not treated equally or fairly.
This is clearly the case when in the past the FA decisions have not
been consistent in the exact same situation as that in which Leeds
were deducted the 15 points. Perhaps our performance this season is
also playing a part in the FA's corruption and refusal to give us a
fair hearing?
15 points who gives a f**k? Super Leeds are going up?
