I thought he had a clause allowing him to go if someone offered £13m?
Might have been a low bid to test the water.I haven't seen a price
anywhere..

Good deal all round, I'd say. Bolton get to double their money,
Anelka joins a big club and gets CL football, we pay a reasonable(-
ish) fee for a striker, who cost less than half what Spurs reputedly
want for Berbatov. Let the mancs blow another £30m on a striker.
