The reserves won 4-1 tonight with a Zamora hat trick. Strange atmosphere as
only one stand was open, but lots of effort. Bit disappointed in faubert
though. Undoubted talent and lazy in a Harewood way.

Did Zamora look like he could be fit enough for a first team recall?
I hope so! |

Great news about Bobby, and the sooner he's back for the first team, the
better, IMO.
As for Faubert, didn't he supply all three of the crosses from which Bobby Z
scored? |

I don't think we could bring Bobby Z back in the first team if he is scoring
hat tricks, he will make the others feel out of place.

Don't worry about it. The Z Man's form would soon disappear if he had to
play alongside One Goal Cole or the Incredible Sulk. |

How about the Z-man and Freddy Sears up front? What have we got to lose? |

He chased hard and got stuck in. His first goal showed a lot of fight to win
the ball. He did well for his first real outing. |

Not that I remember. Definitely supplied the second. I hardly noticed him
touch the ball in the first half and he didn't get stuck in much more in the
second. Remember how Harewood would watch a player run off with the ball
without chasing back? Well that was faubert. He may be scared of getting
injured, not fit or just plain lazy but he never put in the effort that
Bobby did. Like Harewood, he is fast, but never really used his pace. I was
just disappointed in him after all the hype. He may get better playing in
the first team.
His Ferrari looked the business in the car park though. Glass boot so you
could see the engine.
