Crap game yesterday, but for those of you watching in the boozer did anyone
notice that until Nobby's goal the scoreline in the top left hand corner of
the screen read:

WH 0 0 RE

Maybe it's a subliminal post modern comment on the state of the game Smile

I was stuck at a friend's house last night with a Tottenham fan who was
gloating over their impressive victory over Al Fayed Wanderers.

"We're only 9 points away from a Champions League place now" he said
(obviously he hadn't studied the table recently).

"Yeah, and only 7 points from the relegation zone" I reminded him.

Didn't have much conversation with him after that Smile

I think he must have been a recent convert to their cause because he told me
he had heard that the rivalry between them and us was fiercer than that
between them and the Arse.
